Shipping policy

1. Shipping Areas
ARCOLUX is located in the United States. We currently ship to U.S. states.

2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays).

Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

4. International Shipping
We do not support international shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

5. Cancelling an order
You may request an order cancellation as long as the order has not yet begun processing for shipment. Once an order has been moved into processing or has been marked as shipped, it is not able to be cancelled and will need to be returned upon delivery for refund. Requesting a cancellation is not a guarantee - requests made outside of business hours are not monitored.

6. Unclaimed orders
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of an incorrect or insufficient address.

7. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Tracking numbers are emailed within 24 hours of shipment. Check status via carrier’s website.

Track your package directly through our carriers: UPS.

8. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses or U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico).
High-value orders (over $500) may require signature confirmation.

9. Undeliverable Orders
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to confirm before reshipping (additional fees may apply).

Refused or unclaimed orders will be refunded minus shipping costs.

10. Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday,Thanksgiving,Christmas), processing times may extend by 1-2 business days. Check our homepage for holiday deadlines.
