Refund policy

30-Day Money Back Guarantee: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Our 30-day money-back guarantee is only applicable for orders made on https://arcolux.shop, and not applicable to TikTok, Amazon orders or any purchase of ARCOLUX face towel products made through physical retailers.

You must email us via service@arcolux.shop within 30 days of your order being placed to be eligible for a refund. If you contact our customer service team past 30 days of the date your order was placed, you are no longer eligible for a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase(order number).

Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the item is shipped. If the order is canceled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item. You must provide our customer service team with pictures or videos of the item you received and its shipping packaging so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

RETURN PROCESS & REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
1: Please email service@arcolux.shop with your order number, the reason you wish to return, and which products you wish to return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. When you receive a reply from our customer, it means your request for a return has been approved. Make sure the item is in its original condition and ship it back. Please send us the tracking number of the return package! We may fail to refund you without this information.

If the item is in good condition, the customers just no longer need it and want to return it, the customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

If the item is damaged or incorrect items, a return label(s) will be provided by our team for returns.

3. All of the returned items will be checked. We will refund you when we confirm that the product is in its original condition. And a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution.
